Become more fully yourself—without performing, pretending, or masking to belong.

Quiet Power Studio is a private coaching community for people who are tired of hiding parts of themselves, feeling like they are too much or not enough, and trying to succeed in spaces that were never designed with them in mind.

Through cozy magic, neurodiversity-affirming support, guided reflection, and practical real-world tools, you’ll explore what authenticity looks like in your relationships, work, creativity, routines, and everyday life.

Inside the Studio, you’ll find:

✦ Private group coaching and guided conversations
✦ Support for understanding masking and personal patterns
✦ Practical tools for boundaries, communication, and self-advocacy
✦ Burnout-aware reflection and sustainable ways of living
✦ Journaling, creative exploration, and cozy magic
✦ A quiet, neurodivergent-friendly space with no pressure to perform

Your guide is Richel Newborg, a certified Group Life Coach, Emotional Intelligence Coach, and Burnout Recovery Coach. Richel combines professional coaching tools with lived experience, practical support, creativity, and a belief that the person is not always the problem, sometimes the conditions around them need to change.

You don’t need to arrive with all the answers. This is a quiet place to explore, participate in the ways that work for you, and become more fully who you already are.

Less masking. More self-trust. More room to be real.
