Summer Solstice Youth Retreat
Is our 2026 retreat right for you?
This retreat is designed for young people who feel called to pause, breathe, and reconnect with their inner rhythm—a space where each participant can show up as their whole, authentic self, regardless of where they are on their personal journey. Because this is a youth-focused experience, attendance must reflect the interest and willingness of the young person themselves, rather than being solely initiated or directed by an adult.
They will feel at home if:
They are curious about who you’re becoming, not just what you do, but who you are.
They want time to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves away from daily noise.
They love creative expression, journaling, art, movement, or simply noticing beauty in small things.
They value kindness, empathy, and authenticity, and want to be part of a supportive sisterhood.
They are open to exploring big ideas: purpose, belonging, intuition, and what it means to grow into your own light.
They are ready to both speak and listen, to share their story while holding space for others.
This Retreat Might Not Be the Right Fit if:
If you’re looking for a simple social outing, this won’t be the right fit. This retreat is a guided experience—rooted in growth, wellness, and intentional transformation, not casual recreation.
If your tween or teen is uncomfortable with quiet reflection or gentle self-exploration. You will be expected to participate fully.
If your tween or teen is not ready to engage respectfully in conversations about emotions, identity, or values. You will be expected to participate fully.
If your tween or teen prefers constant activity, please know this retreat includes intentional rest and stillness, and those moments are not for scrolling or phone time. Quiet spaces are meant for reflection, grounding, and reconnecting with yourself.
If your tween or teen is not in middle school or high school.
What You’ll Leave With:
A deeper understanding of your strengths, emotions, and personal values.
