A Modern Leadership Experience for Girls Grades 4–12

Welcome to a leadership pathway for dreamers, thinkers, quiet rebels, and the wildly curious. Here, young people step into spaces where their inner magic is recognized, their voices matter, and their growth is honored. Whether they wander in on their own or arrive hand-in-hand with kindred spirits, this is a place to lead, to belong, and to become more fully themselves. The Emerald Leadership Program can be purchased and implemented by organizations that want to create spaces where girls and young people lead with confidence, clarity, and a deep sense of self.

Emerald Leadership

Emerald Leadership is a flexible, identity-forward leadership experience designed for girls in grades 4–12. It blends mentorship, hands-on learning, and reflection to support confidence, agency, and self-led growth, beyond checklists or rigid pathways.

Magical Rebels

For Middle & High School Girls Ready for “Something Extra”
Magical Rebels is a selective, elevated pathway for girls who want deeper leadership development and guided self-discovery.

What We Mean by “Youth-Safe Spirituality”:

Mindfulness • purpose • intuition • grounding • emotional awareness
No religious teachings-simply exploring meaning, identity, and self-growth.

Participation Includes:

  • Monthly Leadership Labs (virtual or in person)

  • Mini-retreats over a weekend.

  • Creative expression + identity work

  • Mentorship of Emerald Leaders

  • Rebels Rising annual gathering (Summer)

Applications open yearly. Girls must present two letters of recommendation, complete an application, and undergo an interview.

This is a Fort Worth-based organization, and in-person activities are presented in the area.

Safety & Inclusivity

We prioritize:

  • Psychological safety

  • Inclusive, youth-safe language

  • Support for neurodiverse and LGBTQ youth

  • Trauma-informed, strengths-based practices

  • Community-building and belonging

All adult mentors are background-checked and trained in youth leadership development.

What Girls Gain

Girls are invited to grow into their leadership with confidence and curiosity. Through hands-on experiences, creative exploration, and shared reflection, they discover their strengths, practice using their voice, and learn what it means to lead in ways that feel true to who they are. Along the way, they build skills, self-trust, and meaningful connections with peers who see and support them.

What Participation Includes

Emerald Leadership unfolds through regular gatherings and workshops, opportunities to step into leadership roles within real projects, and optional retreats designed for deeper growth and connection. Mentorship weaves throughout the experience, offering guidance, encouragement, and steady support as girls explore their path.

This is a small, intentional cohort designed for girls who are ready to explore who they are, how they lead, and how they move through the world with curiosity, integrity, and care.

Magical Rebels is not about fixing, labeling, or rushing growth. It is about creating space for reflection, self-understanding, and gentle leadership development—supported by trusted mentors and a thoughtfully designed community.

What makes this cohort different:

  • Small group pods with consistent mentors

  • Strength-based identity exploration (not performance or comparison)

  • Creative reflection through journaling, symbols, and ritual

  • Emphasis on emotional safety, boundaries, and belonging

  • Leadership modeled as care, clarity, and courage

Girls are invited to bring their whole selves—questions, strengths, uncertainty, and all.

Who This Cohort Is For

The Magical Rebel Cohort is a good fit for girls who:

  • are thoughtful, curious, or deeply perceptive

  • want to understand themselves better

  • care about fairness, creativity, or connection

  • benefit from gentle structure and meaningful community

No prior experience is required, just openness.

Because this is a small cohort, we use an application process to ensure:

  • group balance

  • emotional safety

  • supportive pod placement
